Team Building Project through
Volunteer Activities
As part of making the valuable opportunity for employees to gather in real life at
an in-house event more socially meaningful, we will incorporate into the event project volunteer activities that will also contribute to the local community
at the event site as team-building content.
We offer a variety of programs customized to the characteristics of
local communities throughout Japan.
By sharing the experience of social contribution activities with other employees,
we aim to raise employees' awareness of their participation in social contribution.

Model Itinerary
Day 1: [Morning] Transportation ⇒ [Afternoon] Arrival at a sightseeing hotel in Akita
prefecture ⇒ Plenary meeting
[Evening] Ice break, welcome attraction, party, participants' self-introductions
Day 2: [Morning] General meeting
[Afternoon] Team building (making Kamakura, athletic meets in snow, snowball fight,etc.)
[Evening] Awards ceremony and reception
Day 3: Participation in snow removal volunteer activities ⇒ Lunch ⇒ Dismissal
